The renovated health resort is located at the board walk in the health resort district of Kołobrzeg. There are about 900 meters to the city center.

The eight-storey building provides 143 comfortable and modern single, double and family rooms as well as superior rooms
(2 sleeping rooms or sleeping room and living room) Amenities: extensive treatment center, indoor swimming pool (5x10 meters), dry and steam sauna, Jacuzzi, hairdresser's shop with beauty parlour, gym, lobby bar, summer and winter garden, cafe (with dancing parties), ale house, dining hall, elevators, sun terrace with deck chairs and seaview, shopping mile with e.g. an optician, souvenir shop, kiosk, bancomat, exchange parlour In the summer there are various events in the acoustic shell opposite of the hotel.
